Kids fun in Cape Town on Heritage Day

If you are looking for something to do as a family on Heritage day, why not go to Oranjezicht City Farm.
It is  situated on the corner of Orange Street and Sidmouth Avenue in Oranjezicht.

The Oranjezicht City Farm is almost a year old. This non profit venture is run by volunteers and aims to promote the local community, food and culture. The gardens are home to vegetables, fruit trees and herbs, and were designed by Tanya de Villiers, a landscape architect.

Open between 10am and 4pm on Heritage Day, kids entrance is free and adults pay R15.
